Booking Process

We are currently handling all of our orders on excel, word and outlook (calendar) and tracking our stock availabity on excel. For the time this is manageable but with more grow may not be adequate.

Jen and I had spoken about a computer system.

Do you have a software program?

No, sounds like I use the same sort of basic system as you guys do.
No suggestions on a program sorry but will keep my eyes open as I'd eventually like one too.

I use HirePOS same as Hire for Baby. Its cheap and wonderful! $1500 to start up and an additional $700 for bookkeeping module. Its changed my entire life - seriously. I spent so much time checking and double checking orders, hires, returns, drove me mad. Now its all one beautiful picture

I had looked at HirePOS and thought it looked good. Thanks for the referal. I think its time for us to move this way. Less time on the computer is a bonus!!
