Insurance was mentioned so thought I would start a new post for this.

Do you have your insurance in Australia or offshore?

Mine is currently in Australia but told they would not renew as there was a big fight between brokers when they found out some could be insured and others couldn't from the insurance company. It's who you know in that business!!!

I did have a guy that could get insurance offshore and I put Jen onto him.

What are the rest of you doing?

Mine is up for renewal next month so starting to sort out what I will do.

It's through LLoyds of London and about $2,400 for $5m (I'm thinking I might need to have at least $10m??). Like Nat, would be interested in what everyone else has in place.

I have a $10 million public and product liability policy. It cost me $1200.00 for the year.
My broker was Insure QLD with the underwriter being High St Underwriting. (It looks australian to me and Im not familiar with the offshore stuff you guys have mentioned)
