I think its time I looked into getting some software and you mentioned you had Hirepos.

Do you send off all of your quotes and confirmations via the software or do you still use regular email?

When I send off a booking confirmation (via email) I send through a confirmation letter, invoice, terms and conditions and directions map (if picking up).

Can this all be done via Hirepos?

Any other features that you like that have saved you time?

I need to get some time back!!
